Can my order be delivered and placed in my room prior to my arrival?
Yes, Orders can be delivered prior to your arrival. Just provide a delivery address, hotel name, room registrant’s name, arrival date and time. Notify Hotel Front Office of your delivery and we will deliver the day of arrival.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are delivered based on customers instruction. By providing an address, hotel, room registrant’s name, date of arrival and time. This can be noted at the end of your order page in the Instructions Box.
What are your delivery fees?
Your exact island logistics and delivery service fee is calculated and displayed in the cart before payment. It covers store pickup, transportation between island locations, delivery labor, sourcing, and our contracted fulfillment service.
